Matthew A. Brennan, III focuses his law practice on serving the needs of small and medium sized businesses, and includes corporate formation, civil litigation, debtor/creditor law, mergers and acquisitions, and general business law. Mr. Brennan’s professional experience includes complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy law.
Mr. Brennan is licensed to practice law in Virginia, the District of Columbia and Maryland. He is a 1987 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law.
Mr. Brennan has received recognition from various organizations in the Northern Virginia community. Mr. Brennan’s law firm, Brennan & Waite, P.L.C.[*], was the winner of 2014 Best of Reston Awards in the category of Small Business. The Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce presented the 2015 Joe Richey Pinnacle Award to Mr. Brennan. Mr. Brennan was named Citizen of the Year in Vienna in 2007 and he was the Rotarian of the Year for the Vienna Rotary Club in 2005.

Matthew A. Clary, III practices in the areas of corporate, securities, and business law and litigation. His practice includes the representation of businesses and individuals in securities law-related matters such as exempt or public offerings, civil liability and enforcement actions, shareholder disputes, mergers and acquisitions, and the representation of emerging growth companies as well as general business matters and litigation.
He has been a frequent speaker on financing alternatives to the public capital markets and securities law compliance issues. He is a member of the VBA’s Business Law Council and chairs its Securities Law Subcommittee.
Mr. Clary earned his J.D. and LL.M. from George Washington University and his undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University. He is admitted to practice in Virginia and the District of Columbia.
